TCD Botany Building Refurbishment

Following extensive fire damage to this listed building, Murcom was contracted to carry out the repair and restoration works. The roof was stripped and re-instated as per the original design and material. The laboratory was then stripped out and completely refitted after significant water damage. All adjoining office, common areas and rooms below were also refurbished. Works all happened in a live campus environment, on a listed building with limited access and were completed on time and within budget.
