MurCom were the main contractor & PSCS who coordinated and supervised the demolition of the former 2-storey credit union building and construction of a new state of the art building. There was extremely limited access to the site on all sides with limited storage for material on site.
The project posed the typical challenges associated with a very tight programme and high quality expectations over 2 phases.
