Phase 2 Refurbishment Complete at Belvedere College

We’re delighted to announce the completion of Belvedere Phase 2 at Belvedere College.
This phase involved the full refurbishment of Levels 2 & 3, delivering high-quality, carefully coordinated works within a live educational environment.

The project included:
▪️ Bespoke joinery throughout
▪️ New flooring, ceilings and full M&E installations
▪️ Installation of a new passenger lift within an existing stairwell
▪️ Restoration of original parquet flooring
▪️ New bathroom facilities
▪️ Delivery of brand-new office and teaching spaces for staff and students

Working within an occupied historic building required detailed planning, sensitive sequencing and close collaboration with the design team and college stakeholders. We’re proud to have delivered modern, functional spaces while respecting the character of the existing structure.

A great team effort by all involved.
