Overview: Ran over 2 phases, we undertook the full refurbishment of this listed 3 storey building. Works included the restoration of all sash windows, external timber doors, cornincing and ceilings. Other works included new floor finishes, upgrade of all lighting, a full re-decoration of walls, ceilings and joinery, new tea-stations and the installation of new blinds throughout.
