DCU O’Reilly Library Refurbishment

This project consisted of two main areas of work. Internally we fitted out a large basement area with a large mobile book shelving/racking system and completed all associated fire upgrade works in the area while on the ground floor – we formed post graduate study rooms with 60min glazed partitions, new floor, ceiling and wall finishes. A full M&E re-fit was carried out on the affected rooms also.
Externally we carried out a complete re-roof of the entire roof area including all rooflights, rainwater outlets, flashings and upstands. This project was successfully delivered ahead of time and on budget.
