Newtown Inn Maynooth Refurbishment

This project consisted of a full internal fit-out of the Newtown Inn, Maynooth.
It involved the full strip-out of the bar and lounge area. The internal height was lowered by 2 metres using a suspended ceiling with recessed coffers and raised bulkheads. We also installed new hardwood floors throughout as well as new joinery and bespoke bars and counters. The works also included the full replacement of the ventilation system and a complete electrical upgrade. External works involved an upgrade of the smoking area, the window openings and the brickwork.
