RCSI Hybrid Office Fitout

Located in city centre Dublin on 121 St. Stephens Green, the scope of works compromised of the complete strip out of a 5-storey office block and the redevelopment and Category B fitout within a tight 20 week programme. The fitout consisted of a mixed use building, with office space, teaching rooms, common areas, meeting rooms and lecture theatres all fitted out.
The works themselves commenced in May 2022 and ran through the summer period until the handover date September 2022, where completion was required to allow students to gain access to the building. The works were completed under a strict programme with limited access to the building situated on a busy street. These works were carried out with the finest detail and completed successfully on budget and on time.
