TCD Anatomy Dept Lecture Theatre Restoration

Overview

We were delighted to be involved with the restoration of the beautiful Anatomy Dept. lecture theatre. Our scope consisted of; the full re-roof of the lecture theatre, to include all new timbers, insulation and metal standing seam finish, New rooflights, Re-pointing of brickwork & New steel walkways and handrails around the roof.
Internally, our works required new suspended ceiling baffles, new honeycomb ceiling pods, lime plaster repairs and a full internal re-decoration. We were also tasked with replacing all lighting in the lecture theatre with a specialist Phillips Led fittings with four stage setting switch mounted to lectern
The project was handed over on time for the new academic year and within the original budget.
