TCD South Leinster Street

Murcom were the main contractor for this careful restoration project which would become the outgoing Provosts’ office. Carried out in a live protected building ensuring no disruption to adjacent TCD staff, the project was successfully delivered on time and within budget. Our Works included; removal of parquet flooring, restoration & re-laquering of original pitch pine floor boards, restoration of existing sliding sash window repairs, repairs to wainscotting panels, redecoration to timber windows, frames, shutters and architraves. We also were required to – clean & restoration of original fire place and hearth, sand, seal and varnish existing floor boards, cornice and decorative plaster repairs and restoration.
