Fairyhouse Racecourse Fitout & Refurbishment
Overview
This internal refurbishment began with extensive demolition before a fit-out of new offices and the creation of new circulation spaces. This included new floor finishes, ceilings and doors with extensive fire upgrade works. It also involved the installation of a passenger lift into a newly created lift pit and shaft walls.
