RCSI Roof Restoration

Overview

Murcom was tasked with re-roofing the anatomy building roof in two phases. This also involved specialist brick pointing works, replacement of roof windows, copper and lead work. The project required the erection of a complex scaffolding and hoist system. The project required us to hoard along a busy side street, obtain the specific licences and to work closely with Dublin City Council. Other features of the job were that works occurred in listed building with very limited access and in a live campus environment.
