RCSI Mercer Building Fitout

Murcom was the main contractor, M&E coordinator and project supervisor construction stage on this project. It involved the strip-out of the existing Mercer Library and the fit-out of General Entry Medicine (GEM). The works replaced the existing accommodation with student study, training and office accommodation over three floors from upper ground level to second-floor level All works were completed within a Live Campus Environment which required no disruption to adjacent student accommodation, document archive rooms, GP surgery and offices.
