TCD Estate’s Office Fitout

Ran over 2 phases – Murcom successfully completed the fitout of Level 2 of the TBSI building for the TCD Estates & Facilities dept. and the TCD HR departments respectively. Murcom were employed as the main contractor for this project. Murcom undertook the M&E management and co-ordination.
All works took place on Level 2 of the building, with extremely limited street parking and compound area. With a combined floor area of 520sq.m, this was a high end office fitout,
with the works comprising of:
– All demolitions and alterations and strip-out
– The stripping-out of ceiling and floor finishes.
– New stud partitions and glazed screens
– New suspended ceilings, ceiling baffles & exposed concrete soffit
– New floor finishes
– Supply and installation of bespoke joinery.
– Supply and installation of acoustic wall panels.
– Painting works.
– Full new electrical installation, mechanical, ventilation and heating
systems
